The RESTAURANT offers creative tasting menus based upon select seasonal ingredients. The menu conjures up such metaphors as LUXURY, MOSAIC and SIN.

We only work with the very best ingredients, produced in small quantities, which combine Scandinavian
products with unique flavours from around the world.

Our ambition is that a dinner in the RESTAURANT will be an experience, something you will remember for a long time, somewhat challenging, but very good. Dare to let go of your regular choices and let us guide you on a gastronomic journey. Choose between 6 or 9 courses, or dare to go "all in".

The Food&Wine bar

In our FOOD&WINE BAR we serve food and drinks for all occasions in an informal environment. Here, you can eat and drink with friends or alone, and whether you are limited or generous on your time.

Our a lá carte menu is a clean and simple menu, with both large and smaller dishes. Why not have a glass of wine in our wine bar, where we always have a wide selection of wines by the glass, along with one of our smaller dishes.

From Spain we have imported a Jospergrill, that barbecues the food under pressure at extreme temperatures. Food prepared using the Josper has a unique flavour that is not possible to achieve elsewhere.

We will soon start serving Dom Perignon 2003, also served by the glass exclusively here at Restaurant Jonas.

We can help you with everything from elaborate seven-course catering to more simple snack menus. If required we can also assist with everything from furniture to crockery, decor and props, staff, etc. We help you with all the planning and especially with selecting food of the highest quality. We organize cooking classes and wine and champagne tasting led by our knowledgeable sommeliers.

As JONAS is closed for ordinary business on Mondays, this is a day when it is possible to reserve all or parts of the restaurant for private parties, corporate events and private dinners.
